There are two types of Audiotel voice:<\/p>\n
\n- a simple professional answering machine announcement, like “Hello and welcome to XXX, please wait, we are going to take your call in a few moments”<\/li>\n
- or a multiple choice answering machine announcement to present the various services, allowing to choose the service you want to join by using the telephone keypad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Here is an example of a multiple choice professional answering machine message<\/strong> that you can hear:<\/p>\n“Hello and welcome to XXX. To reach the accounting department, press 1; to reach the booking service, press 2; to reach a hostess, press 3; for all other request, press 0” and when pressing for example 1, you continue on the rest of the audiotel message “You reach the accounting department.
